The Band

Dangerous Heresy are an alternative rock/electro/indie band from South London. Formed mid-2009 with the addition of Bleddyn Jones on bass, the quartet was complete and the eclectic sound began to be thrashed out. Strong, distinctive vocals sprinkledwith Korg-orgasms and angular riffs, DH are making their way into your ears as we speak. An Irish/French and Welsh mix, rehearsals can often be mistaken for poorly attended United Nations meetings. Gigging throughout the UK and beyond, follow us on our journey. We’ll find our way to you eventually so come and hunt us out first. Yours, Dangerous Heresy
‘Equally inspired by Queens of the stone age, TV on the radio, Jeff Buckley and Interpol, South London based band DH mix electronic, dance, post-punk and alternative rock elements into their music. Angular guitar riffs are carefully blended with pop structures to give solid, groove driven rock. Art noise synthesisers and powerful vocals are combined in songs, with the bands experimental approach and desire not to conform to just one genre evident throughout their eclectic set. Electrifying live shows and energetic performances are establishing DH as a compelling band on the new music scene.’ Volume Magazine
